I really like that you provide busing directly to the terminal but I will not be using your services for international again until the construction at the airport is completed. We had to wait almost an hour for a Marta bus to transport us to the "domestic" terminal then get a bus to PNF. Took appx an hour and half to just get from the luggage pick up to vehicle.

PNF otherwise is a great service.

We love your facility. Everyone is friendly and the bus is on time. We’ve been parking here for years and it’s always a great service. Donald, our bus driver in May 12 around 7:00pm was amazing! Hardest worker we have ever seen! You should be proud he works for you.

I like the ease of reserving a space and dropping of my car. I like to be dropped off at our airline. What I am not happy with is returning because if your airline is at her end of the airport it will take a long time to get picked up due to the buses filling before they get to the end. Full buses will just waive as they pass by and there is a 15/-20 gap between buses.

On line scheduling was easy and the shuttle was right at our car after we parked very early in the morning. On our return flight late at night after delays, the shuttle picked us up in a timely manner. Both drivers were nice, helpful and very professional.
