Easy to get to the airport
Very convenient and easy drop off and pick-up!! Also you can't believe how clean the place is as well as the shuttle bus.

I always park valet, it is great to have my car ready to go after a long flight and I appreciate that I get help with my luggage all the way into my trunk.

Both pick up and drop off, coming in and leaving, were very timely and the driver was extremely helpful with my luggage including a ski bag.
My only issue is scanning upon entering and I needed to request a ticket.

I love love love the CLE Park N Fly team. My only suggestion is, offering a scale of 1-10 in this survey feels like overkill, when 1-5 is sufficient.

it was a stressful morning getting to the airport driving in snow and sleet, and we were parked, the bus waiting for us..took us right to the terminal and off we went. Returning, it was a quick call, and bus was there in about 5 minutes, again took us right to our car. and back to Vermont we went. For people who do not travel often this was a godsend. Thank you

The NICEST crew. Both coming in and going out. The gate attendant helping people enter (just overall friendly and polite). The driver to airport (polite, respectful). The pickup driver from the airport (ESPECIALLY! She had a bag of candy she offered and even helped put our suitcases by our vehicle, also was very personable on the drive to the lot), the gate attendant on the way out (was very nice informing the scanner was not working and that she could help us check out). I wish more organizations had the friendly customer service you provided on those days! I travel a lot and usually do a ride share to the airport but am reconsidering just starting to drive again so I can park there! A bit of constructive feedback: I will say the app is still a bit buggy and the Apple Wallet feature wasn't working. Finally the "I'm here" option worked though!
