I like the ease of setting up a reservation in the app and the ability to prepay. The shuttle drivers always arrive at my car quickly to take me to the airport and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to catch a shuttle back to the lot. Everyone is always courteous and helpful.

I like that you had a person at the gate. She was super friendly. And I love that he came to your car and picked you up that was super sweet. So yes was very hesitant in the beginning to go there but thank you for making me feel safe.

The process of making a parking reservation was easy enough for me. As a senior, technology can sometimes be challenging. The gentlemen who shuttled me to and from the airport were kind and helpful. It was much appreciated.
