The website was easy to maneuver. Customer Services was very helpful in promptly sending my bar code, easy access in and out of parking lot and the driver was extremely helpful and courteous.

Park and fly was easy to find provided the ride to and from the airport the workers were very friendly didn’t have to wait to be picked up. They were right on time when I got off the plane and picked up my luggage and I appreciate that I’ll be using the service again.

The parking spaces are wider than others we have tried. Also, the bus is right there to pick you up to go to the airport.

The ease of getting to the airport. They come get you right at your car, load your luggage and then drop you off right at the terminal. Can’t get any easier than that.

I was especially appreciative of PNF maintaining my reservation when flights were cancelled and arrival delayed.

The indoor parking option is so valuable in the winter months.

Price and ease of use.

You make it all so easy to park, be taken to our terminal and get us back to our car when we return. The only thing we wish is that you could pick us up at the baggage claim. My husband is in a wheelchair and we always have luggage, so it makes it a long haul for us both coming and going. Everything else is perfect! Your staff is amazing and always make us feel they actually care about us. thanks

The experience was easy. Fast pick up. Medium fast return (waited about 15 min.)

One thing to improve services: Be clear about what North/South terminals are. We were very confused inside the airport and where the pick up was. The airport itself does not articulate what is north/south, which letters are where, and where exactly to pick up the shuttle (or where it drops off.) We had to ask people inside the airport and wasted time - difficult after a long day of travel.

All personnel from the gentleman who helped at the gate to the wonderful and caring drivers who assisted me on and off the shuttle made my experience exceptional!

Location in relation to the airport. Well lit parking lot. Feels safe. Pleasant shuttle drivers and parking attendants.
