Website was easy to use. Driver picked me up as soon as I parked. He wrote down my parking space number and explained how to navigate the airport and where to go to get my return ride. I will use the service again.

From the time we pulled into Park 'N Fly Oakland, and was being loaded into shuttle was probably 5 minutes, we were last on, and then we were being dropped off at the airport 5 minutes later. Driver helped load our luggage at our truck, and unloaded at the airport. Service was fast and efficient. Upon our return to Oakland, shuttle was pulling up at the pickup location as we walked up, driver made no attempt to help my 77 year old wife with her luggage as struggled up the shuttle steps with her carry-on while boarding, that would have meant getting up from his seat. From the time the plane touched down, we got to the gate, deplaned, walked to pickup location, boarded shuttle, unloaded at truck, and pulled onto the street, was 35 minutes. This is our second time using Park 'N Fly, we have told everyone how great it is, and even after our return driver this time, will continue to recommend, it is fast and convenient to the Oakland airport.

Easy no line service is okey from drop off to pickup

It’s easy. I feel safe arriving in the dark, early morning hours. The shuttles pick up and drop off at your car. There is not a long wait for the shuttle. The workers are very nice. It’s reasonably priced. The mobile app system with QR code works great.
