You have improved your van pick up which used to be terrible. Also, while you never seem to have Self Park available, you don’t charge me more when I have a reservation for self park and offer valet service which I appreciate.

Speed

The Valet service is the way to go. Just drop your car and leave the keys and get right on the bus. When I got back the truck was cleaned off and running. So it was nice and warm for the ride home. Thank you.

Impressed at how fast I was picked up from my vehicle and brought to the airport. The return was nice too. I was given a written slip with my parking spot on it and informed to call the number once I land for pick up.

Things worked how I expected. I drove in, got out of my car and they picked me up to go.

Reasonable pricing, fantastic service, good location. I'm a regular and will remain so for a long time.

One thing that needs to be improved is your app. Whenever I seek to make a reservation on it, it just runs and runs and doesn't work. I end up going to your website to make the reservation.

Everything. The intake guys are quick and professional. The drivers are friendly and get you right to your airline. Coming back, they do the reverse. My car is always ready to go when I arrive at the facility. And the price is right. As a side note, I really like that you give me loyalty points and free days. It really helps.

Perfect. We parked under a covered awning. The shuttle was there as soon as we paged them. Very nice and polite.
