The driver from SFO to Park 'N Fly who dropped me off by my car at about 11:55pm was VERY courteous! An elderly very over weight couple had trouble getting off the van and into their car. The SFO van driver was very patient and kind to the couple! I complimented the driver when he got back into the van!
The Park 'N Fly website and reservation process has significantly improved over the last few years. However I do miss the discount coupons that were available at Costco. The drivers are very help full. They always help carry my bags on and off the van. I'm sorry that in todays cashless society, I seldom have enough cash on hand for a nice tip.
