The staff we have encountered are all super nice and helpful. Some parking service drivers don't even bother to help with the luggage any longer but they do. The gentleman that checks you out at the gate is funny and kind. He offers a bottle of water every time we leave. This is my go-to parking at Oakland International Airport now.
My battery was dead, and they jumpstarted my vehicle free of charge.

They were SO friendly!! Unfortunatley my car wouldn't start as I wanted to leave. I called and they got a driver over right away to try to give me a jump. That didn't work but I had three different Park N Fly drivers all stop (when I had my hood up) to ask if I needed help. I called the office to let them know about the tow truck coming as well. I was very stressed out but everyone was just so friendly and kind. If I ever have to park at an airport again - it will only be with Park N Fly!!!
