Reliable and safe location to park my car while away. Relatively fast and reliable shuttle service to the airport and back to the parking garage. Have used PNF 3x in the last year.

Everyone was pleasant, helpful. I liked the text reminder, and the ability to just text when I was ready to be picked up from the airport.

Drivers are very prompt and are there to pick you up as soon as you park. When returning, we never have to wait long for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. They always boardcand remove your luggage for you too.

Every interaction I’ve had with employees has been positive. There is minimal wait for shuttle pick-up.

Extremely fast service. I felt I was running late and was guided every step of how to check in and of where to park. The shuttle met me at my parking spot immediately and was on my way to the airport. I had very friendly and helpful drivers as well. Thanks Park 'N Fly!

Easy, cheap and great service

When I arrived to drop off car the self park was full and they took my car to valet at no charge. The drive to the airport was quick.
On my return, I texted to pick up and was told where to meet and there the van was. Both drivers were very nice and efficient.
The only thing that bothered me was I got to Park 'N Fly to pick up my car and drive home a bit after 12 midnight and was charged for another day. Just seemed like taking advantage. A few minutes and another day. But the ease of everything else was worth it.

Efficient, professional, friendly staff start to finish. Upon arrival to drop off our car, they told us exactly where to park so there was no driving around to find a space. The shuttle took us right to the airport. Upon return, the shuttle was already at the pick-up point & the driver dropped us off right where our car was parked. Very satisfied with the service & will use again in the future.

Most of the drivers are great but there are some that need to learn customer service and how to talk to their coworkers. Overall, I have great experiences with Park and Fly.
