Simplicity come to mind but I think the pickup procedure needs fine tuning… perhaps you should setup designated doors for people to go to immediately and wait for the shuttle to make the rounds.

Our last experience with PNF was a disaster; however, PNF was quick to remedy the situation. This trip went very smoothly. One thing I might suggest is better information how to get from drop off to check-in. Quick pickup and drop off.

Everything was done quickly in the very early AM as the driver handled bags and drove safely and gave parking stall number and receipt. On the way home, the attendant in the booth, was able to check and clear my reservation even though my phone receipt info was missing. I was able to arrive and leave in
a timely manner.
