Everything was seamless from reserving online, to arriving, being shuttled to the airport and back. The communication was impeccable (no broken links in texts, and no glitching in the app) and so was the customer service delivered by the drivers. My car was safe and there’s a car wash available. The basic wash is free, and you can choose to add more options for a very low rate.

I have absolutely no complaints and I highly recommend!

When we arrived with the car there was already a van waiting to take us to the airport. It was very early in the morning and the driver was pleasant and helpful with our bags.

Service is very good, and the staff is friendly. I rarely wait for more than 5 minutes at a terminal for a ride back to my car.

The services that Park ‘N Fly provides is very convenient. From the moment we parked our vehicle, we were picked up almost immediately by the airport shuttle. The driver helped load our luggage, he explained the procedure as far as what we need to do when we gat back from our trip and he helped unload as soon as we got to the airport. When we returned, the shuttle picked us up and dropped us off right at our vehicle. No time was wasted waiting around when using Park ‘N Fly which is great. I will definitely use Park ‘N Fly again next time I need to leave my car at the airport.
