We like the ease of pulling in and out of the lot without dealing with all of the traffic at the airport. We never have to wait long to be shuttled to the departure area. Sometimes we wait longer than we would like once we collect our luggage, but it seems like you have more shuttle busses than before. The staff is all very friendly!

Close to airport. Easy arrival and departure. We valet and experience is wonderful. When you arrive the bus departs quickly. Love the app and easy to get back from the airport. Easy exit. Always the staff is the best, very friendly and helpful.

Our arrival was not on time - and late in the evening. I called for a pickup, and immediately got a person on the phone who let me know that a shuttle would be on the way. I appreciated the fact that a real person picked up the phone, and our ride arrived promptly. Thank you!
