Why I stuck with Expresso Parking for so long I'll never know. Probably because I had earned Free Parking and they just took all our Free Days and Closed shop. Wish I had moved over to Park n' Fly much ealier when they moved from their nice location to the junky, dusty, we don't care anymore place. Love Park N Fly and will be my parking spot for personal & business parking moving forward.

easy and fair price

I appreciate that the shuttle was quick, efficient, and driver-friendly. However, I paid in advance, but as a Delta Air Line employee, I feel I did not get the best price since this was my first time. I want management to get back to me on the price I paid.

It was great. This was the first time we have used Park and Fly. We moved to the Dallas area (Springtown) just about 4 years ago. We were flying out to San Diego to catch a ship from Holland America cruise line to Hawaii. We drove around the lot like newbie's and Ernest followed us with patience. We chose our parking spot and he waited for us to figure out what we were supposed to do. He gave us great information. On our return I failed to get the driver name but he did an excellent job. Loaded 4 bags directly to our car 2 which were very heavy. Initially we were going to give a $5 tip but change to $10 since he did such a great job. We will defiantly use Park N Fly again.

I've been a loyal customer since the day Park n Fly acquired the property. When I departed the lot on Saturday evening, I was given a Parking Spot voucher indicating that you are leaving the PHL parking market. How about letting us customers know when. I already pre-paid for a trip I'm taking in early March 2024.

Prompt service coming and going, professional and courteous drivers. Assisted with baggage and opening a frozen tailgate! We noticed they carry jumper cables in case someone needs a jump start. I recommend parking here over at the airport!

I like that the bus picks you up and drops you off at your car. You don't have to lug your luggage to a bus stop. I don't have to leave my keys with an attendant at the lot, my car is parked and left as is until I return. The lot seems very secure and safe.

It works well if you have a smart phone-if you don’t ,I don’t know what to do.

Convenience, location, ease of use

Excellent service from the time you pull in. Someone is there if you are having trouble scanning in and I don't have to wait once I pull in the spot they come right over and if they are full they are nice enough to at least stop to let me know someone else is on the way.
