Quick and easy getting to the airport. Coming home had trouble getting out. System said I had left earlier and would not allow me to leave.

Vans are clean and drivers are courteous.

We made the reservation early so we received a discount.
Our plane was cancelled and came in late, and we had no problem paying for the extra day.
The attendant gave us two bottles of water at 1:45 am. This was very welcome after two long days of traveling.

Easy to find parking, ease of using the app and online services, and pickup was a breeze as well.
Only issue was they passed my vehicle by about 30 cars...but not a big deal.

Overall, we like the cost and the convenience of it. We like how they pick you up at your car, load up the suitcases and come quickly to the airport when we land. Very friendly employees as well.
