Easy in and easy out! The pick up busses were constantly circling. As I was looking for a space to park, a bus driver in front of me jumped out and said “Follow me!”. He took me to a space towards the front that someone had just left, and waited for us to grab our bags and go. On the shuttle back, we handed him our card with the parking space number, and he dropped us off right by our car. Very helpful and very friendly. I purchased my parking pass online and had the QR Code ready on my phone when I entered the parking lot.

There was great customer service. The shuttle helped load our luggage.🧳. We made it to airport on time. The shuttle was on time to pick us up from the airport and take us to our vehicle. We gave both drivers a tip for their hospitality. I would use park n fly eveytin

So easy, once I got over booking online. Everything is online and for a senior, kind of a pain. From dropping off to picking it up your employees were what we used to call, great customer service. Keep up the great work!

When I arrived for valet parking, the shuttle driver came over and helped me with my bag. I think there was only one other passenger besides myself for the shuttle ride.

The check-in is fast and easy. The transfer to airport is fast and the driver of the shuttle van is nice and friendly.
The cost of parking is normal.
