A van is almost in the parking lot to pick up for airport & waiting outside the terminal to take me back to the parking lot. I often fly out of Midway for this reason tho I live a 1/2 hour closer to O'Hare.

I love being able to reserve my spot and pre-pay. I love that the shuttle drivers are attentive and never have me waiting for a pickup. I love that I can feel sure my car is safe.

The shuttle is there within a couple of minutes of parking. Polite drivers. The shuttle is at the airport within minutes to return customers to the site.

It was easy and convenient. We showed up at the parking lot, parked, were picked up right away and got to the airport within a few minutes. Upon returning, I called because we weren't sure if the vans made the loop. They picked us up at our terminal within a few minutes and got us back to our car quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful.
