Prompt pick up at the airport and a very helpful driver

I get off my plane and the shuttle is usually right there to pick me up or very soon. Not a long wait like other parking services I have used. Also no waiting for the shuttle to pick me up when I first arrive at the park and fly. They come right to my car and I don’t have to wait a long time on a bench or standing. This is important when you are trying to make a flight at a certain time.

The ease of. coming to your location, parking and getting a great ride by. courteous employees. who help you. and drop you off right to your car and make sure that you're loaded up.

Great customer service

Despite the power being out when we arrived, the staff were helpful and friendly. They had a system in place and getting in to park was seamless! When we arrived back at our car at 2:15am, after lots of flight delays, our battery was dead. I called and they sent someone over with a pack to help jump start our car. It was a great experience and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful! We will definitely park here again!

This was my first time using Park N Fly as I travel for business. I must say, your service was outstanding. I was very impressed with how well your team works the process. I used valet service, was greeted by an attendant who took my bags and directed me to the pick-up area. The shuttle arrived in minutes, the driver loaded my bags and we were at the terminal in no time. They made it stress free. On my return, I texted them to pick me up and once I walked out of the terminal, the shuttle was waiting for me. The driver took my bags and called in my claim check number, once we arrived back at the facility, my car was waiting for me in the covered garage area, the attendant took my bags and loaded them in my car and gave me a claim check to scan to exit the facility. Kudos to your Philadelphia team for such great service! I will continue to use Park N Fly for all my travels out of Philadelphia and highly recommend your service to coworkers in my company. Thank you!

It was quick and easy to get on the busses to go to and from the airport. Also, having the bus take you to parking outside the airport allowed for more relaxation before hitting the road again after not driving for a week.
