Generally, I've always liked the pickup and drop off service. Last time, it took almost an hour for me to be picked up after obtaining my luggage. I will assume it was due to the power outage during the June 22 storm.

It was stress free. Drop off was easy, our bags were loaded on the shuttle while I was finalizing drop and we were on our way to the airport. On our way back got few reminders to text or call to confirm the arrival. Maybe 5 min later we were picked up and brought back to our car with all windows rolled down and trunk open ready to go. Great service

Easy, convenient… way more direct than parking at airport. Shuttle takes you right to gate and the return was just as easy. Driver was super pleasant and helpful.
