The bus drivers are very professional and fast

Easy to get in and out. Staff was available 24/7. One gentleman took us to our car in a golf cart since we had to come from another location by Uber. Shuttle drivers met us at our car and were very helpful with everything. Great experience.

We arrived the day after the power outages. Your team stepped up on a big way. They were without power, computers, internet, walkie-talkies or any support (not to mention that it was 92 outside). Traffic was terrible due to the traffic lights not working, but your team made it happen. I could see the stress on their faces, but they remained steadfast and courteous. Your leadership has clearly empowered them to make decisions and create flexible processes that work for them in the moment of crisis. We’ll done.

Great employees

It is easy to get in your facility, as well as in the parking spots. There’s room between the cars thank God and the drivers pick you up as soon as you arrive and also pick you up at the airport and bring you back.

When I arrived and the lot was full the employee helped me find a parking place since I had a reservation and then picked me up at the spot in the bus. He was very helpful

I appreciate when the sun is ready to take us to SFO promptly which happened on this visit & and I really like the frequent Parker club where you can get points & free days

I don’t have to drive into the airport and try to find parking. I get dropped off and picked up right at the terminal I need. I get driven to my vehicle at the end of my trip. Wonderful service!

Extremely convenient, and when we return back to Minneapolis the shuttles are easily marked and the little card with our parking spot makes it so east. The drivers are also Extremely courteous and compassionate.

It was perfect, we pulled in and when I was parking the bus was right there waiting on me. It couldn't have worked out any better. Same thing happened leaving the airport, I didn't even have to text them, they were right there waiting. Best experience ever!!

Hello Park N’ Fly Staff!

I just wanted to write a review and let you all know what I had a GREAT experience using your services this past week. Departing flight was 6/20 and we returned on 6/27/2023 from SFO. Not only was it seamless and so convenient but your staff went ABOVE & BEYOND! We were traveling with a party of seven and one or the passengers lost her cell phone and didn’t realize it until we were already at the gate awaiting boarding to begin. We went to the security area and they didn’t have it and before we could go check the kiosk area, PNF staff called me to let me know they found a phone in the shuttle! It was the phone we were looking for! They said it was on the next shuttle to just return where we had been dropped off and they returned it to me FAST in time to make the flight with no problem! That was a LIFE SAVER for us and so appreciated the fact that they took the extra effort to get it to us. THANK YOU SO MUCH for going out of your way to help us that way. I’ll always praise your great customer service!
