I like the improved exit process. My reservation scan at the exit used to be problematic. 6/27/2023 was easy breezy. I even received an email receipt shortly after. The pick up at the airport was swift and my driver was friendly and courteous.

Very easy to use! I like booking online, paying, and simply parking my car in the lot. At that point, the shuttle was right there to take us to the terminal. Same on the exit. Good price too.

I really appreciated the pick up and drop off at my car. Affordable. The only thing that made me nervous was the gps directions. I drove 30 minutes past Cicero and Cicero Ave (coming from INdiana) where the sign for the airport is at. I thought my GPS was off but it still got me there via I-55.
