I forgot my wallet in my car. I called the dispatcher and a shuttle arrived quickly to pick me up, take me back to my car and then back to the departure terminal. I was very grateful for the service.
When we arrived to park (with a reservation) it was easy to find a spot, but the shuttle van followed us practically from the gate to the parking spot, making us feel rushed. With 2 kids, luggage and an early flight, that created unnecessary pressure.
Pick up upon our return was quick and we got back to our car with no trouble.
