Easier than I thought

The efficiency of booking, parking the vehicle & the shuttle service to & from the airport was spot on. No glitches what so ever. The app was also spot on. It was a very welcomed experience.

The friendly shuttle drivers!

We used the Valet Parking option, which was very efficient and convenient. We got out of our car. The agent handed us a ticket to pick-up the car upon our return. He loaded our luggage on the shuttle, which was waiting right there (no walking involved). We hopped on the shuttle and were dropped off at the airport.

The reservation process was easy. When I called to confirm the staff were courteous and answered all of my questions. The pick up from the airport was smooth and easy. The shuttle driver was kind of grumpy.

Park 'N Fly is easy to get to and park in. We were picked up and taken to the airport immediately after parking. After our trip it was easy to get picked up and taken back to our car. The drivers were very efficient and pleasant.

Very friendly help. Bus drivers are efficient at loading and unloading. Baba drives a little crazy (frequent lane changing)and makes the ride seem rough.

The people on site were great, from the woman who helped me scan my confirmation at entry, and especially the drivers - quick, efficient, very helpful and courteous. When I checked out (one day early!) the cashier was very nice, and apologetic that I could not get a refund for the day I had paid for but not used.
