Shuttle drivers very helpful and pleasant

PLEASE IMPROVE: the entry and exit features have not worked most of times we’ve been there and we have had to speak to attendant. Attendants very nice and helpful. But this slows down the process. Better IT needed!

Very Convenience in and out. Personnel vary helpful when trying to come in to the facility.

The convenience. We pulled in and parked and the bus was there to drive us to the airport.
When we arrived back at the airport a bus was waiting to take us back.

Everyone we came in contact with was helpful and kind and I would recommend to my family and friends.

What do you like about our services?

Use of QR Code is excellent. Screen should mention using QR Code when entering, however. I pushed button on screen first because that's what the screen says to to, and when I did that to get ticket, the scanner shut off so I was unable to scan my QR code. Was able to use QR code at exit, so it all worked out.

Buses are always available and timely.

Miami PNF. Ease of getting a reservation and canceling the reservation if necessary. Prompt service when dropping off my car and picking it up. The indoor facility to drop off and pickup with bathrooms available. Courteous employees at the Miami PNF.
