I liked how close and convenient it is to the airport. Shuttles run every 15 minutes, so we were picked up right away upon arrival. I also appreciated the helpful staff who picked us up from and dropped us off where we parked and helped carry the luggage in and out of the shuttle. Thank you!

The ease of online reservation and payment is great. Glad to see some of the glitches and issues from that system have been solved and updated. The free car wash is a nice touch too.

Most of the time drivers are courteous and helpful. On occasion there will be those that will not help with luggage and /or are unpleasant. Location is convenient and price is good.
