The Park N Fly lot is super easy to use. The location is easy to find. The staff is always helpful and drivers are great. They have so many routes back and forth to Midway that you rarely have to wait for a shuttle.

I had to reach out and share the incredible experience I had with Park ‘N Fly Houston on June 30th and one of your rockstar shuttle drivers, Erik.

During my recent trip, I used Park ‘N Fly's shuttle service to get to and from the airport, and let me tell you, Erik made the journey a blast. He had the friendliest smile, went out of his way to help everyone, and his professionalism was off the charts. I can't thank him enough for making my ride from the parking lot to the airport and back such an stress-free and enjoyable experience.

However, as much as I wanted to show my appreciation by leaving Erik a tip, I hit a snag—I didn't have any cash on me. I realized that in this digital age, carrying cash is becoming a thing of the past and felt awkward as a patron not being able to express my kudos with gratuity. Everything was so fast! You all picked me up quickly at my car and got me to the airport in lightning speed (faster than if I’d parked at the airport even). I returned late at night, and you all picked me up within a minute of me texting saying I was there.
