However, please add method for tip to staff in your app. Nobody carries cash anymore.

The shuttle was quick and it came to my car to pick me up. The only thing I’d improve on is the entrance when we have to scan our code - it took a while for it to capture image and the angle was off

What do you like about our services?

First time using your location for parking. I travel extensively and until now have used Park West for all my parking needs. Last experience with them was horrible resulting in undo stress with something as simple as park and go.

My experience with your location was positive with quick access, transport pickup to and from the airport. Even with my flight delayed 4 hours and getting in well past midnight I had no issues with pickup or long waiting time.

Great job and I will continue to use your location for my travels as long as your service and reliability was as seen this first visit.

Never have to wait long for shuttle. Reservation system is great. I feel safe leaving my car there. Drivers are friendly. I like being offered water on my way out. Sometimes traveling can wear you out and it’s a nice gesture and greatly appreciated after a long day of traveling.
