I found the park and fly service to be very professional and efficient. Transfer from my vehicle to shuttle was fast, and importantly inside a very large garage space eliminating the potential for rain to impact the transfer. The shuttle to the terminal was fast and very comfortable. All personal were very friendly and helpful. I would use this service again 100%.

I like that it is a quick and efficient process. The staff are very friendly. I had reserved my parking beforehand and was able to drive directly to a spot and the shuttle bus was waiting for me. At the end of the trip, the driver helped me with my luggage and put it in the truck of my car for me. That means a lot to me as I am over the age of 70.

Everything went ver well. The wait for a shuttle to the airport was a little long but they were doing the best they could shorthanded. When I arrived back at the airport I walked right out after I received my baggage and there was a shuttle waiting. He took me to my car. Very quick.

The fact that the bus picks you up right away as soon as you park and then the bus drops you off from the airport directly in front of your car

What do you like about our services?

Good people and timely pickup. Need to fix shock absorbers in shuttle busses. Cicero avenue is in bad shape and I appreciate the drivers slowing down over a big bumps but they can only do so much. FIX the shocks!
