Park 'N Fly makes it super easy. I love that a bus (usually) follows our car into the ramp for immediate pick and is (usually) waiting when we are ready to return to our car after our flight.
I always make reservations in the covered ramp so we are assured of a parking space when we arrive. The whole process is faster and cheaper then parking ourselves at the airport.
They helped me get in and out when the barcode on my phone didn’t work for me. (I’m technically challenged) The driver was very helpful with directions and my bags and Sarah in the office area helped me checkout and offered me a bottle of cold water. Nice folks.

I had had a layover that caused me to get into Minneapolis at 2 AM. I called the Park n Fly number when I arrived I was greeted by a wonderful, jovial lady who was waiting there for me (NO more waiting for me). We talked about all sorts of things and she made me LAUGH. Probably the most pleasant ride i'd ever had from a shuttle service. Thank you, Park n Fly for hiring excellent employees.
