Service is 100% excellent, this is our 3rd time this year and every single parking visit has been zero waiting time. Drivers and ticket center employees with a great attitude. No matter 4AM or Icey roads or hot weather 108F.
One down side was on our returned this Monday, we noticed our driver door being scratch on 3 different areas while parked there for 11 days.
Everything was amazing! From drop off to pick up, we waited no more than 2 min for anything. And our car was waiting for us when we stepped off the bus.
