Prices continue to rise, understandably, but when everyone else wants to raise prices, why not lower them or at least keep them where they're at?
I wish you had a better loyalty program, though. When someone spends over 150 days parked at your facility, they deserve something a bit extra... And award days, why are they do hard to earn? Especially for premier guests.

It was very easy to work with you. Once we returned the shuttle was prompt to get us back to our cars, even at midnight once we made it through customs and got our luggage. All of your staff were friendly and nice to talk to and help us out with information right away.

Easy to use! The QR code makes it a quick entrance and exit, and the shuttle to the airport and back is prompt and the shuttle operator both times was helpful with bags. Great first experience!
