The parking lot is easy to get to at its location. The entry into the lot is very user friendly. The shuttle bus is on time and the drivers are friendly.

Everything about the process was smooth. From the reservations, to parking and getting picked up from our car by the shuttle to our return shuttle already ready for us by the time we got to the curb.

Your drivers are awesome! They are friendly, helpful and extremely pleasant to chat with.
The night we arrived home at terminal 2 we didn’t have to wait no more than 5 minutes to be picked up and your computer system was down so the drivers were running constantly which was very impressive that they cared enough to be there. Now that is great customer service!

My experience was great. There were 6 if us with backpackers. Was offered help & conversation with the driver was special.
Fees make us feel that our vehicle was safe. Transit bus to & from the airport was very clean.
