Easy booking online, fast pick-ups and drop-offs. The drivers are always very kind and assist with luggage onto/off the bus. It is very close to the airport and they are always right there to provide transportation, no long waits.

The experience of parking at Park & Fly OAK was excellent. The price for a one night/36 hour stay was quite reasonable. The next time we fly out of OAK we will use Park & Fly.

I always recommend it because the shuttle is always available quickly and the way to book and leave is fast and easy.

Park N Fly is committed to customer service and satisfaction. I enjoy using the covered self park facility because my vehicle is out of the elements and is secured by gates. I appreciate the convenience this adds to my travel plans. The shuttle drivers are always courteous and efficient and the "tag team" between the gate attendant and the shuttle driver is always effective. By the time I have locked my door, the shuttle has arrived to collect my bags and take me to the airport. Excellent service and coordinated care makes my travel day that much easier.

It is cheaper than the airport and the bus is always there promptly and friendly.

Fast and Easy!

I reserved a parking spot and put in my check in and out times on my reservation. When I left i was charges an additional 16.00 and I had returned earlier than my reservation, The clerk told me I went longer. It was clear I had not.
Disappointed in the additional fee

Always easy to use, this time my battery died and they were there with a jump to get me on my way. I would only say that you should indicate on your information (bar code I printed) on how to get assistance if it is needed while you are in the lot, as my driver had left before I tried to start my car (as expected) and I called the site only to get voicemail. If they would have stated - raise your hood, visit the cashier, or some other way to get noticed things might have happened a little faster.

The service was excellent. Park N Fly would be more useful to me if they service the International Terminal at the Atlanta International Airport.

You guys provide an excellent service. You are prompt, professional, and there is always a smooth process to get to my gate and back to my car once I return.

We loved the tiny bit of extra room to park. Also that it felt safe. If we were flying in late at night we would not hesitate to use Park ‘N Fly.
