Friendly, efficient, great customer service, safe

I have used Park 'N Fly Chicago several times while traveling. I enjoy the convenient location, reasonable prices, and the promptness of the shuttle drivers. Recently my husband and I used Park 'N Fly Chicago at Midway and we had an amazing driver getting us to the airport! With all the hustle of getting parked and on the shuttle, my husband had accidently left his phone in the car and didn't not realize it till we were already in route to the airport. Baba went above and beyond for us! He dropped us off at the airport to check our bags, while he ran back to the parking lot to get my husband's phone. He was back in 20 minutes with the phone just like he said he would be. In a world where we rely so much on our phones, we greatly appreciate the efforts Baba made to get my husband's phone! Park N' Fly is great and I always recommend it to anyone I know flying out of Midway!

We discovered Park N Fly a few years ago and have used it a couple times a year since then. It is cheaper than a cab and about as convenient. We will continue to use your services when we fly!

I always give good reviews because I always have good service. I had a little hiccup on this trip. My flight was delayed so I arrived around 6pm, which is a couple hours later than scheduled. I came into the lot and saw the sign that said to park in rows 6&7. I parked in row 7 and waited for the shuttle. I was out of my vehicle with my bags ready, when I saw a shuttle close. The shuttle picked up that person and left the lot. I saw a couple other shuttles go by close, but not my row. I got back in my vehicle since it was cold and started it in hopes of a shuttle seeing my lights. After waiting over 30min, I got out and grabbed my bags and started walking down my row then turned towards the gates. When I got close to the gate a shuttle came by and picked me up. The driver apologized and was nice. I understand things happen, I normally have small wait time for pick up.
