Your drivers are excellent and extremely helpful and caring.

I witnessed a family that couldn't get on the bus for capacity issues. The driver made sure to radio another bus and communicate with the family that one would arrive shortly.

Exemplary behavior and we made sure we tipped him well but he should be acknowledged.

I have used Park 'N Fly Chicago several times while traveling. I enjoy the convenient location, reasonable prices, and the promptness of the shuttle drivers. Recently my husband and I used Park 'N Fly Chicago at Midway and we had an amazing driver getting us to the airport! With all the hustle of getting parked and on the shuttle, my husband had accidently left his phone in the car and didn't not realize it till we were already in route to the airport. Baba went above and beyond for us! He dropped us off at the airport to check our bags, while he ran back to the parking lot to get my husband's phone. He was back in 20 minutes with the phone just like he said he would be. In a world where we rely so much on our phones, we greatly appreciate the efforts Baba made to get my husband's phone! Park N' Fly is great and I always recommend it to anyone I know flying out of Midway!
