Price and service. We had a very early flight and no one wanted to take us to the airport. We arrived and parked and was at the airport in minutes. Friendly staff especially when we got back 5 hours later than planned due to a flight delay. The parking attendant was so friendly and offered us a cold bottle of water.

Reasonable rates, friendly drivers, fast service.

As a first time user, I was very nervous and scared to leave my car at/near the airport, especially at the time that I was arriving into a dark parking lot. I didn't know what to expect, but I found that the services were easy and friendly to use. I used the app to tell the bus to come get me where I was after parking. The bus picked me up right away got me to the airport safely. They even loaded my heavy luggage for me and marked on my ticket the area where my car was parked, which I was thankful for, because as stressed as I was I had forgotten to take note for myself. What I didn't account for was that they would drive around the lot until the bus was full before heading to the airport, which made me late. Lesson learned. Arriving back home was even easier, you just walk outside the doors downstairs from baggage claim and get onto the bus and they drop you off at your car.

FOR ME WAS A GREAT SORPRISE THE DILIGENCY SERVICE TO RECEIVE VEHICLE AND PICK UP AFTER WE ARRIVE TO AIRPORT. WE USE TO TRAVEL A LOT AND EVERY TIME LOOKING FOR PARKING AT MIA AIRPORT IS HARD AND SOMETIMES THAN EXTRA TIME AFFECT THE PROCESS TO CHECK IN.

Quick and easy

It was very easy to book, and we found that the shuttles were waiting for us at the lot, so we did not worry about making it to our flight on time. Also, I felt that our care was very safe. The security to get in and out of the lot was excellent.
