The entire process was smooth, and the shuttle was there when we got to 4F. Liked the text to communicate that we had landed.

One issue: I initially reserved thinking I had an account with you, but it couldn't find one--AND THEN--I got stuck in some kind of a loop, instead of simply taking me back to the beginning. Called the Support staff and got a woman who was clueless about helping me, and then I got cut off, so called back and got an awesome Support person!!! She also dropped a day of charges.

It is easy to get in and out of area. The signs tell me what area to park in in. Shuttle service prompt and drivers helpful.

Everyone is always friendly! However, this was my first time using self park and there were a couple of issues. 1st, I didn't see notification on the website that I would no longer have the option to charge my car. Also, when I tried to leave, I didn't have any paperwork to show the person at the gate, so she had to print out something that she said I should have been given. Not sure what happened. Thank you.

It was fast and convenient. This was my first time using this shuttle service and was a good experience, except for one thing. The driver did not give me a ticket at drop off so when I arrived from vacation I was scolded for “losing” the ticket. I explained that I didn’t receive the ticket and he kept repeating “you lost it you lost it”.
