Upon arrival the lot was full except for those who had reservations which we did. Looking for a parking spot, a driver noticed that we were having difficulty. He then told us where we could park and waited for us in that area to make sure we got a spot. His assistance made it much easier to get on our way. He was helpful, courteous and attentive to the customers. We have used Park "N Fly many times and will continue to do so.
