I have used your service for many years and have always been happy. Today Adel picked me up from Bradley Airport and really went above and beyond! This was the first time one of your drivers actually met me inside at baggage claim and assisted me with my heavy bag. What a relief that was! AND when we arrived back at Park N Fly, he put my bag in the trunk of my car. After a full day of traveling alone, that service really went the extra mile. Way to go Adel! He was wonderful. Your shuttle are always so prompt. Before I'm able to close the lid of the trunk in my car, a shuttle is right there, ready to pick me up.
Returning is quite prompt. Plus the tickets you hand it includes details about calling for a pick up at the airport.
