Close to airport, shuttle driver met me at my parking spot. Didn’t have to wait long for my return shuttle and I arrived after midnight.

This was the first time using Park & Fly and it was great. We were worried about getting in to Park and Fly because of our early flight, but had no problem because there was an actual person checking us in and giving us directions on where to park. Within 10 minutes we were picked up and dropped-off at Bradley airport.

Upon our return to the airport, we called after picking up our luggage and within 10 minutes we were on our way back to Park and Fly. The driver dropped us off exactly at our parking spot and helped us with our luggage. We then noticed that there was a sheet of plastic taped to our driver's side back seat window. At first we thought someone had tried to break in and smashed our window but we realized our back seat window was left down accidently. We talked to the attendant upon exiting from our parking spot and she (NANCY) told us she discovered the window down and taped it so that our car was protected from the rain. We thought that was outstanding!!! We would like to thank her and tell you that you have a great employee and we will definitely use Park and Fly again!

When I pulled into my parking spot at the lot, the van was waiting to pick me up and when I arrived at the airport, a van was waiting for me and took me to my car with no waiting, fantastic!

The shuttle service was waiting to pick me up at 0400 and the driver assisted in loading my families bags. The return pick up from the airport was very quick, and they dropped my family off at our car. Very happy with the service.
