Very easy process

I love using park n fly. They have best prices and everybody is very nice and accommodating.

Quick shuttle and good service

We got help at the front gate. It's a short ride to the airport. The van was there when we returned for pick up. Our pickup driver Luke gave us good check in information on how to exit the car park.

Park ‘N Fly is so convenient and easy to use. Great parking spaces. Plenty of space. Halve great pricing and love when they have deals. Recommend 10/10.

One thing that I found annoying this time around was I specifically planning to use the EV charging port when I returned home from my week away, but when I got in (at 10pm), I was told that the charging stations were only available to those using valet services.
It would have been nice to have known this prior, as it was advertised that EV charging was available, so I could have planned better. I wanted to charge at a secure location that late at night.

Nice shuttle with pick up and drop off at your car.

I always have a great experience when I use the valet services at Park N Fly Plus. I love that I can pull up and drop my car off with an attendant, and catch the shuttle to and from the airport. When I return, my car is already pulled up waiting for me.

Proximity to airport and ease of use on the app. Plus-your drivers and other personnel are ALWAYS friendly-no matter the time of day.

The shuttle is usually right at your car waiting for you. The drivers are there to load and unload your bags, and they are friendly even at 4 AM!

I like having indoor covered parking and not just “carport” style roofs for covered parking…I also like that you run shuttle buses more often than the competition, I don’t have to worry about too much downtime between the lot and the airport. I especially appreciate the discounts on the parking fee for frequent Parker’s…

Courteous and no waiting.

This is my second time to use your parking services. I am notified a few days ahead via text with my QR code. I drive a simple drive from Naples, pull into the lot, the valet takes my car to covered parking. I hop on the bus which takes me straight to the terminal. Same thing on the way back. I call for the van via text and within minutes the van is there to pick me up and return me to the lot. The service is amazing. Thanks!
