The shuttle picked us up within seconds of arrival and loaded our bags for us. Shuttle was waiting in the pick up area when we returned. GPS took me to the wrong parking lot (outside instead of covered) but it all worked out ok. Finding our way out of the parking lot was easy and much simpler and less expensive than trying to find a parking spot at the airport.

Everything, and the bottle of water offered @ exit was a nice touch and surprise.

Luke was my driver from the airport to the lot and he was fantastic!

Wait times for shuttles are taking too long again. A lengthy wait on Thursday 08/03 today at ATL around 11am.

I was told by one of your employees that there were only 4 drivers not the usual 8 on today!!

So disappointing.

I was just arriving at the pickup spot at OAK when I saw the PnF shuttle passing by. I waved my arm and began running towards the shuttle, and the driver STOPPED! I was very glad to save a good 20-30 minutes of waiting.

Pick up driver was very personable. I think he had a Caribbean accent.

Would love for you to consider bringing back the bag drop service on site. As more and more travelers return to the skies, this is becoming a valuable benefit that has always made PNF+ well worth it.

Driver Charles was amazing and very engaging all the way back from the airport. Super safe driver as well which is important! Allison at the gate on my way out saved me big time. Almost double paid as I had a reservation and a ticket. (didn't need to take the ticket upon entry because I had a reservation) She had me scan the barcode on my email and was able to leave without issue. Super quick service to and from the airport.

I was the Mom who booked Park 'N Fly for daughters needing to use Midway, and the booking process was easy and the followup emails, QR codes, reminders were excellent. My girls said it was the easiest part of their travel experiences. They said the people were nice, prompt, and it felt safe to use at a very early hour departure/arrival time. We will most definitely use them on our next Midway trip. Thank you very much for taking such good care of our precious travellers.

Constant shuttle service

I have used Park 'N Fly for years. It keeps getting better. I love using the valet parking because when we arrive we can just get on the shuttle and someone parks out car. When we return we text to let them know and, usually within a five minutes, a shuttle picks us up and our car is waiting. It's so easy and convenient.

We were looking for a spot to use our handicapped placard and none available, but a manager came out to assist us and make sure our shuttle came right over to us. The manager then took our luggage to the shuttle for us. This help wasn’t expected but really appreciated.
