This was my first time using Park N Fly and everything went perfect. I pulled up to the valet and they took my car, check-in was very quick, and the gentleman that drove us to the airport was very friendly. Then when I got back from my vacation and arrived at the airport, all I had to do was text Park N Fly, and a few minutes later they showed up, and the driver was very polite and handled our luggage in a nice manner rather than just throwing it around, like some companies do. We will definitely be using Park N Fly the next time we go to the airport on a vacation.

I like the friendly and helpful atmosphere of the staff. The service provided was just like they say it would be. The car is in a safe lot and the shuttles are constantly running to pick up and drop off customers.

We were exiting the terminal and saw the bus pulling out. Gave a wave and the driver stopped, picked us up with a smile and took us to our car around 10 p.m. Service was very welcomed after hours of travel.

I am a long time customer (and cheerleader) of PNF Plus in Atlanta--as usual the crew this past time was courteous and did their best to get me on the upcoming shuttle bus on my departure as well as on my arrival back--with my car waiting for me in the valet area for my bags to be loaded up.

Also--special shoutout to Alexis at the PNF Corporate office for all of her assistance with my questions that I had. Alexis is a GREAT asset to the PNF team!!
