It's so easy! I schedule it on my app...I get a bar code...all paid and ready to go and when I get back after my trip I just let them know I am there and they contact a shuttle driver. And the VERY NICE PERSON in the booth gave me a bottle of water. Park & Fly is the ONLY source I use for Oakland airport.

I don't have any complaints. I was picked up immediately after parking my truck. The driver was courteous and helped with my bags. I had to wait about 15 minutes for pickup after retrieving my bags from baggage claim at the airport, but it wasn't a big deal. I know you've got a limited amount of transport vehicles and you can't just sit at the airport waiting for customers. Everything else was very fast and easy. I once used another service because it was a little bit cheaper but, never again. I'm always using you guys. It's a great service and affordable. I appreciate the driver helping me with my bags, that's something I really like. I have a hard time lifting a heavy bag and they always do it for me and I don't even have to ask.

We had a family emergency recently and needed to let the car be picked up by someone else. I sincerely appreciate PNF helping us make that happen! That inspires loyalty!

it used to be cheap but now yall are high and i dont like it. go back to having $8-$10 daily parking.

They were so efficient and helpful. Pickup and dropoff was at your parking space. They even provided a card with their phone number and your parking space number for ease upon return. Five stars.

I like the availability of the shuttle-- we arrived at 3:45am and didn't have to wait for a shuttle and when we returned at midnight, the wait was short at the airport. Drivers are very nice.

This time there was fast pick up in the lot and at the airport.

Very easy! As soon as I parked the shuttle met me at my car to pick me up. The driver helped me with my bags and the ride to the airport was quick. No waiting! Shuttle back to my car was also no waiting.
Bus was outside when I walked out of airport. Ride was quick, driver dropped me off right at my car and placed my bags in my car for me. Very affordable and less expensive than airport parking! Will park here again.

I booked award parking to complete a weekend personal vacation, then fell ill. I did not utilize the reserved parking at all and did not enter the lot. I have been unable to cancel my reservation - even the morning of my intended arrival, because I was ill.
Please restore the 5 days of free award parking to my account, given that I did not utilize them.

Convenient - love that the shuttle picks me up at my car, the driver hands me a card of where I am parked and I can just hand that back when I return, and I don't have to remember where my car is. Great service - your drivers are always friendly and helpful.
