I really like that the pickup and drop-off are so easy! The bus driver sees you pull in, follows you and waits next to your car, so no matter the weather, you have little exposure. And he helps you with your luggage. Same for pickup at the airport. There is very little wait time, and I can always count on the driver to assist with my luggage. They are courteous and considerate, but best of all, timely.
My only beef was that once I had to cancel because my care had an issue and I never got my money back. That's a concern.
Fast pick up at the airport. I like that they tell you what row to park in so you are not driving around looking for a spot.
Driver was extremely helpful and the car was cleaned off and warmed up when we returned.

Ease of transition. I drove up, they checked to make sure car was correct, etc. The pick up was even better. After a long flight, it was great to see my vehicle right there waiting for me.

Everything! It is much more convenient location than the place I used to use. The place is very nice and large and the people were all very nice and helpful.. The bus that transported us to and from the airport was very nice and picked us up very quickly at the airport.
