We used the valet uncovered parking for the first time. Since I'm partially handicapped this service, the assistance provided by your great staff in loading and unloading our baggage from your shuttle was invaluable. Likewise when we returned, we called you in the evening, the shuttle was at the terminal within 10 minutes. Again, great assistance with our luggage on the shuttle, getting off, and even loading our luggage into our car.
This is outstanding service from a great outfit, we would have no hesitation in recommending your service to our friends and business associates.

Parking lot seems to be secure and at a reasonable price; however, shuttle arrival at pick up location took 20+ minutes which seems longer than previous trips.

I always use Park N Fly or Park N Fly Plus when I travel to Atlanta Airport. I have always found them expediant, friendly, just my "go to" for parking.

Convenient, good value, drivers of shuttle always very helpful with luggage, etc.
I like that we can call or text when we are ready to be picked up. I have never experienced a long delay waiting for a shuttle.

one suggestion, which is more about Midway than PNF - the area for pickup to return to car at Midway is not marked the same way as indicated in the app. In the app, it says something like Door 5, but there is no marking, at least that we saw, indicating that it's door 5 (or whatever the app said) - there is a physical sign there which indicates it's for shuttle service to parking, but it'd be less confusing if the app instructions matched more clearly the signage at MDW.
