Mostly good but shuttle did take awhile at the airport after being requested. More shuttle will help. It was a lot of people waiting.

The frequency of busses is the key. When arriving back in ATL there is usually a bus already in position to collect, else is less than 5 minutes and a bus will arrive. Other operators in ATL with names starting with WAL can be 20 minutes or more between buses and when the do arrive, often there are more guests than capacity in the bus. Keep up the good work.
