change the information or delete on the back of the card that has information that there is a new pickup spot at the airport! and instead print a small map of the doors and luggage pickup area
Close to airport- bus gets you at your car right away. Some drivers are nice and helpful.
Dependable, professional and courteous
Service lately has been a lot better. Shuttles are available within a couple of minutes. I would just say when picking up the customers to go to the airport, there's sometimes a lot of driving around to get the customers instead of having someone else grab them. I don't know if it would be better to have designated pick up areas in the parking lot because some people take way too long to get stuff out of the car which leaves the other passengers on the shuttle waiting a while.
