Price point was acceptable. Downside is I've been waiting weeks for my order, then they send half my order. So I'm still waiting for the rest of it. Now I have boxes with furniture that I can't put together cuz I'm still waiting for the rest of my entertainment system. And I understand that covid was the problem and that's why there's such a backlog on products being delivered. But I don't believe that half my order should have been delivered. They should have waited till the order was complete, then delivered everything at one time.

This is our second big purchase with Ashley. My main issue with both visits is the delivery time. I wish the timeframe is naturally given when we speak to the associate especially now with the delays due to COVID.
Ms. Nellie (in the Tallahassee, Fl store) was amazing! She really cared about my experience and opinions! I changed my mind twice and she happily re wrote my ticket and had the best attitude!
