Offered to let me look around and he would look for me after a bit to see if I had questions. What a nice welcome and I felt no stress towards a purchase but comfortable and free to "look'
We are grateful for the good people that helped us purchase living room furniture from Ashley. I found an advertisement that showed a beautiful couch, loveseat, tables in a living room set with pillows and nice rug. We ordered it all but the rug and waited about 2 weeks for delivery. As promised setup was done and complete by 2 friendly efficient guys from the company. Phone calls and emails kept me informed. Great price great service great product.

I like the way the store is set up. The decorating. I prefer the accessories. I don't like the wood laminate, real wood furniture is the only way. The sales staff is helpful and the prices are affordable for the average income.

We were impressed with the friendly service. We were greeted by Josh, and when we told him what we were looking for, he took us around and let us try different beds, answering any questions we had. Carol, the sales associate that was assisting me didn't hover or try to over sell. She didn't step in until we actually had questions and she didn't try to push me to buy anything.
