Nellie was an outstanding sales associate. She answered all of my questions and I was purchasing a tempurpedic bed, tempurpedic mattress and tempurpedic pillows within minutes!!
While the delivery time to receive my tempurpedic products is somewhat disappointing, my experience at Ashley was a 10+.
I may stop by on Labor Day and check out some other items I need, and will definitely seek out Nellie for her help and advice.

The sale representative Shunda was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
It took way longer than I would have thought between picking out furniture and exiting even though we were paying with a credit card and didn’t want financing. Also, I was surprised at how long the mattress is taking. Test of furniture was quick but mattress is most important and it’s been frustrating. Salesperson was incredibly nice.
